Sangu Delle, an entrepreneur that not only shares his stress in the workplace, but also shares the stress he witnesses and experiences in his hometown of Ghana. He speaks about how to handle anxiety in a social situation, like ours, that is uncomfortable with talking about emotions and how to be honest with ourselves and our issues. Mental health is about being able to cope with normal stressors of life and while also being able to contribute to the community surrounding you. Although it may sound simple it is something that people struggle with on a day to day basis. Delle uses pathos and shares his own experiences when living in Ghana. People who live in these low-income areas struggle with these problems, but are unable to fix them. Delle states "75% of mental illness cases are found within these low-income countries around the world" with this statement he uses both logos and pathos to connect to the audience and share how big of awn issues this is. Delle does a very good job at engaging the audience by making them feel as if they are obligated to help fix this issue within our societies by making them feel bad. Although he did not provide many examples of solutions that people could act upon to help themselves and others.

The article The Right to Fail relates to this speech, because many people believe that failure is not an option and causes them to stress. Within the article it states that often times failing gives you a chance to start over and enables you to do even better. Mental health is all in the mind of the beholder and so is success. If you allow your stress and uncertainty to overcome your drive for success it will cause your mental health to plummet. If you read this article and also take Delle's advice your mental health will never be able to hold you back and the sky is the limit causing your dreams to be achievable. Your mental health can truly only be fixed by yourself.

I thoroughly enjoyed this article, because it enabled me to learn more about myself. Even though my life isn't as stressful as others I still struggle with controlling my emotions and understanding myself. I spend a lot of my time stressing about school and I also tend to fix other people's problems before my own. After listening to Delle's speech it caused me to realize that I need to make myself my own priority and sometimes need to be selfish and not worry about others problems over mine. I also learned to not hold my emotions in. Doing that will cause your personal turmoil to increase, making the emotions even worse. My emotions are nothing to be ashamed of, because more then likely someone else feels the same exact way. Due to this I will feel comfortable with being honest to ones I trust about my emotions in order to get help and fix any problem that is bothering me.
